Today’s Affirmation
Grateful to my Savior for giving me a spiritual clean bill of health, I resolve never to revert to sickening ways. To maintain wellness of my soul, I will watch my diet by avoiding evil mental intake, exercise regularly by practicing good works, and sleep well by resting soundly in his protective care.
